Shipping
Once you’ve placed your order, it will take us 1-3 business days to process it. If your order is placed on a Friday evening or during the weekend, processing may take a little longer.
After processing, your order will be handed over to a courier for delivery. Shipping typically takes between 7 to 14 business days.
As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track your parcel online. Also check your spam folder if the e-mail does not land in your inbox. It may take a few days for the tracking to become active.
During periods of high demand or peak shopping seasons, orders may experience delays. If your order is delayed, we kindly ask for your patience, and please allow for up to 3 extra business days for delivery. Should your order not arrive within this timeframe, feel free to contact our support team at info@avaowen-toronto.com.
Order
We know that plans can change. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that once your order has already been processed, which is usually within 1-3 working days of receiving your order, it is no longer possible to cancel or change it.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange a refund or exchange. You can find more information on this in our refund policy.
Payment options
Simply select your preferred payment method: We accept credit cards (Visa, Amex, Mastercard, etc.), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. If you have any problems during the payment process, our customer service team will be happy to help you.
